I laughed, I cried – then I pulled myself together and went in to enjoy the play. In the grand tradition of “Hellzapoppin,” there’s a lot of zany antics as we follow the story of “Die Hard” from the perspective of a Christmas tale. Tim Meinelschmidt as Hans Gruber is a particular standout, but the entire cast deserves a salute for the difficult task of making a terrorist takeover into a fun and warm evening. Definitely recommend you go see it.
